The "Aluminum Chip Compression and Remelting System" compresses aluminum processing chips into solid form using a RUF/metal chip briquetting machine, and then melts the briquettes in an aluminum melting furnace/alkyph. By solidifying aluminum processing chips, the reduction rate can reach up to 1/40, increasing the selling price. The recovery rate of chip oil is up to 99%, and the recycling rate from chips to molten metal can be as high as 90%.
